Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns once the product package has been opened. However, if the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product was defective or unusable

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Refund Process
